About the Role

As a QA Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring quality in our software products. You'll design and execute testing strategies, implement innovative tools (including AI-driven solutions), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline testing workflows, automate processes, and detect bugs efficiently.
Develop, modify, and implement manual and automated testing procedures.
Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and assess their impact on functionality and user experience.
Document and report testing results, including actionable recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance programs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Recommend improvements in usability, performance, and reliability based on testing results.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience
Experience: 3+ years in quality assurance/testing roles with a strong grasp of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
AI Skills: Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (e.g., OpenAI, ML models) to enhance testing processes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and others.
Automation Skills: Ability to develop automated tests to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify root causes and optimize software functionality.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey technical information effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a commitment to driving results together.
